Hi! I’m Jaclyn, a passionate hairstylist born and raised in Rhode Island, with my journey starting professionally in Vermont where I first earned my license. I’ve been behind the chair for two years, and every day I fall more in love with helping people feel confident and beautiful. I specialize in dimensional, lived-in color, and all things blonding. Whether you’re looking for something soft and natural or bright and expressive, I love creating looks that feel uniquely you. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me spending time with my puppy Chevy, my best friend or at a pilates class! I can’t wait to have you in my chair!
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason after the 48 hour mark, you will owe a fee of 30% of your appointment cost. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason after the 24 hour mark, you will owe a fee of 50% of your appointment cost. If you have to cancel your appointment day of service or you NO SHOW appointment you will owe 100% of your appointment cost. If you are more than 20 minutes late and we are unable to service you, you will owe a day of cancellation fee and will have to reschedule. If you have a card on file, we will first attempt to charge it. If the card does not go through we will then ask for payment via Venmo. If fee is not paid you will not be able to rebook. It will be implemented for all reschedule/cancellations. Please note, fees do not go towards your next appointment, they are used to cover the appointment time that was affected. Fees must be paid before booking next appointment.
